Are digital prints considered Original?

You will be able to find out weather or not an art piece is digital in the description of the item. The digital art pieces will usually be printed on a 24x36in canvas unless specified in the description otherwise. 

What is the artwork printed on?

The timeframe between when you purchase your artwork and when you receive your artwork is contingent upon what you order. If you are wanting personalized art, that process tends to take between 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the difficulty of the art piece. If you are wanting artwork that's already been created that you see advertised on the shopping page; that can tend to take as little as 5 days to 2 weeks. How quickly will I receive my Art?

Yes! If you are purchasing personalized art, you will have to pay at least half of the payment upfront. We will send an invoice and the details about your personalized piece.

Does ordering art require a upfront deposit?

If at any point in your ordering process you are having issues whether with the actual purchasing of the item or with the item itself, please do not hesitate to contact us through our contact page. We will be happy to assist you with any issues or concerns you may have!

what if I'm having issues with my order?

We strive to respond to our customers messages within the next 24 hours of when the individual sends us the message. If you find that there has been a long wait in getting a reply, please feel free to message us again through our contact page and we will respond to you at our earliest opportunity.
